HERES A GO TO SIMPLE DISH FOR COMPANY OR A GREAT SNACK !!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

ONION 1 WHITE ONION
CILANTRO 1 BUNCH
JALAPENO OR CHILE VERDE TO YOUR LIKING
KETCHUP
TAPATIO
TOSTADAS
LIME
AVACADO
SALT
TO START TAKE A LARGE BOWL ADD YOUR SHRIMP AND SQUEEZE YOUR WHOLE LIME OVER AND ADD SALT LET SIT WHILE YOU ALL THE VEGGIES
DICE YOUR TOMATOE AND ONION CILANTRO JALAPENOS AND AVACADO
ADD ALL THIS TO THE BOWL SQUEEZE SOME KETCHUP ADD SOME TAPATIO MIX LIGHTLY SO YOU DONT CRUSH THE AVACADOS
ADD YOUR SALT AND PEPPER
TOP THE TOSTADA AND ENJOY :)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
CORN TORTILLAS
OPTIONAL (CHICKEN BREAST)
CHILE GUAJILLO 6 TO 8 DEPENDING ON HOW SPICEY YOU WANT I USE 8
SOUR CREAM
1 OR 2 TOMATOES
ONION
1 GARLIC CLOVE
SHREDDED CHEESE I USE MOZARELLA
COMINO MOLIDO OR GROUND CUMIN
TOMILLO
GROUND PEPPER
SALT
FIRST PRE HEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350'
TAKE YOUR CHILES AND TOMATOE AND ADD TO A SAUCE PAN WITH WATER BRING TO A BOIL THEN TOP AND TURN OFF LET SIT AND SOFTEN TAKE YOUR CHICKEN GET THAT COOKING WHEN DONE COOL AND SHREDD
ADD TO THE BLENDER WITH ABOUT 4 CUPS OF THE WATER FROM THE PAN WITH THE GARLIC AND ONION AND SPICES BLEND BLEND BLEND
HEAT A BIT OF OIL IN YOUR SAUCE PAN WHEN HOT AND BUBBLY ADD THE MIXTURE
HERE IS WHERE YOU ADD YOUR SALT TO TASTE WHEN HEATED UP AND COOKED FOR A BIT YOU CAN START MAKING YOUR DISH TAKE A BAKING PAN ADD A SMALL AMOUNT OF SAUCE THE THE BOTTOM ADD A LAYER OR TORTILLAS ADD CHICKEN AND CHEESE THEN SAUCE THEN TORTILLAS THEN CONTINUE THIS PROCESS TILL YOU ARE AT THE TOP TOP WITH SAUCE AND CHEESE COVER WITH FOIL AND BAKE FOR 30 MINS COVERED AND 10 UNCOVERED :) SERVE AND ENJOY !
