 WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

3-4 CHILES CHIPOTLES (CANNED ANY BRAND WORKS)
2 ONIONS

TO START GO AHEAD AND BOIL YOUR CHICKEN WITH SOME CILANTRO AND ONION 
DICE UP YOUR ONION AND TOMATOE 
IN A PAN ADD OIL AND ADD YOUR ONION LET YOUR ONION COOK UP A FEW MINUTES THEN ADD YOUR TOMATOE (ROMA SIZED) LET COOK ON MED HEAT FOR ABOUT 5 MINS 
NOW SHREDD YOUR ALREADY COOLED CHICKEN AND ADD TO THE PAN LET COOK ABOUT 4 TO 5 MINS ADD YOUR SALT TO TASTE NOW IN THE BLENDER PUT ABOUT A QUARTER OF A SMALL ONION AND 3 TO 4 CHIPOTLE CHILES DEPENDING ON HOW SPICEY YOU WANT IT WITH A ABOUT 3 CUPS OF WATER ALL DEPENDS ON THE AMMOUNT YOUR MAKING NOW ADD TO THE PAN WITH CHICKEN LET SIMMER AND SERVE ON TOSTADAS TOP WITH LETTUCE AND CREMA OR SOUR CREAM AND ENJOY !
