FIRST YOU TAKE YOUR CHICHARON THEN YOU SPREAD THE CREAM EVENLY LIKE YOU WOULD DO A SANDWICH THEN YOU CAN START TOPPING NOW FOR THE ONION AND CILANTRO AND LETTUCE YOU WANT TO DICE IT UP
TOP WITH LETTUCE CRUMBLE YOUR CHEESE ADD YOUR CILANTRO ONION RADDISH AND PIG SKINS AND TOP WITH AVACADO AND TAPATIO
