FRIJOLES CHARROS




I HAD THIS DISH AT A BIRTHDAY PARTY RECENTLY SO I CAME HOME LOOKED UP A BASIC RECIPE AND MADE IT FOR MYSELF :)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

HOT DOGS ABOUT 6 DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH YOU ARE MAKING
BACON
CHORIZO
ONION
JALAPENO
CILANTRO
KNORR CALDO DE POLLO
PINTO BEANS


FIRST GET YOUR BEANS GOING IN A LARGE POT FULL OF WATER I ALWAYS THROW IN A CHUNK OF ONION FOR FLAVOR AND TAKE IT OUT LATER NOW GO AHEAD AND DICE UP YOUR BACON HOTDOGS ONION AND CHILE IN A FRYING PAN GO AHEAD AND FRY UP YOUR BACON FIRST SO YOU CAN USE THE OIL FOR THE REST WHEN DONE SET ASIDE AND START YOUR HOT DOGS NOW YOU DONT WANT TO MAKE THEM HARD BUT YOU DO WANT A GOOD FRY ABOUT GOLDEN OR TO YOUR LIKING SET ASIDE AND NOW YOUR CHORIZO SET ASIDE NOW YOUR ONION AND CHILE OR JALAPENO YOUR BEANS TAKE ABOUT .... 90 MINUTES IF I HAD TO TIME THEM WHEN COOKED ADD IN ALL THE SIDES TASTE AND ADD CALDO DE POLLO AS NEEDED FOR FLAVOR DONT ADD TO MUCH BEING THAT THE BACON AND ALL IS SALTY ALREADY NOW YOU CAN GO AHEAD AND DICE UP CILANTRO AND TOSS IT IN LET IT BOIL FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES AND SERVE YOU CAN ALSO JUST SKIP TOSSING IN THE CILANTRO AND LET THEM ADD IT WHEN YOU SERVE :) ENJOY :)
