CHILES RELLENOS / STUFFED PEPPERS




WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

CHILE POBLANOS
QUESO OAXACA
3 EGGS
FLOUR
OIL TO FRY
TOOTH PICS
PLASTIC BAG TO STEAM THE CHILES

NOW YOU CAN DO THIS ON THE STOVE TOP BUT I DID IT THIS WAY CAUSE THE SMOKE MAKES THE KIDS COUGH SO I PUT THE CHILES ON FOIL AND TURNED ON THE BROILER ON THE OVEN SETTING AND LET THEM GET DARK ON ALL SIDES THE YOU WANT TO PUT THEM INTO A PLASTIC BAG AND TIE IT UP SO THEY CAN STEAM WHILE THEY ARE DOING THAT GO AHEAD AND GET THE REST READY SO NOW YOU TAKE YOUR EGGS I USED 3 SEPERATE THE YOLK FROM THE EGG WHITE WE ONLY WANT TO FLUFF THE WHITES FIRST ONCE IT IS NICE AND FLUFFY ADD ONE YOLK AT A TIME AND BEAT NOW GET YOUR FLOUR READY AND CUT UP YOUR CHEESE AFTER ALL THIS IS DONE THE CHILES SHOULD BE READY TO PEEL NOW BE CAREFUL YOU DONT RIP UP THE CHILE TAKE OFF ALL THE SKIN AND SEEDS INSIDE I RINSE THEM SET ON A PLATE FILL AND KINDA SOW SHUT WITH A TOOTH PICK FLOUR EGG MIX OIL WHILE COOKING SPLASH THE OIL ON TOP AS WELL TO GET IT COOKING FLIP WHEN GOLDEN OR TO YOUR LIKING SET ON A PAPER TOWEL TO ABSORB THE EXTRA OIL AND ENJOY !!! NOW THIS ONE I DID NOT MAKE A SAUCE TO EAT WITH IT I HAD IT AS A SIDE I WILL MAKE THAT DISH LATER AND POST IT ALSO !! ENJOY :)
