PORK RIBLETS IN A TOMATOE SALSA


WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

YOU CAN ADJUST THIS AS YOU WISH THIS IS JUST HOW I MAKE THIS AND AS FOR ALL MY RECIPES :)

3 LARGE ROMA TOMATOES
5 GREEN CHILES OR JALAPENOS
ONION
SALT
OIL
AND A SIDE DISH OF YOUR CHOICE OR YOU CAN EAT THIS ALONE :)

SO WHAT I DID I ADDED MY PORK TO A PAN AND ONLY ADDED WATER TILL IT SAT ON TOP OF THE MEAT ADDED MY SALT AND TOPPED IT FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES ON 7 TOOK OFF THE TOP AND LET IT KEEP COOKING I LET IT COOK TILL THERE WAS NO WATER AT ALL LEFT IN THE PAN SO IT FRIED IN ITS OWN OIL FOR A COUPLE MINUTES OR TILL IT GOT GOLDEN I ADDED THE TOMATOE AND CHILE TO A PAN OF WATER AND LET THEM BOIL TILL SOFT THEN ADDED THEM IN THE BLENDER WITH ABOUT 2 OR 3 CUPS OF WATER NOT SURE JUST MAKE SURE ITS A SAUCE AND NOT A SOUP LOL AND I ADDED A CHUNK OF ONION ALSO BLEND BLEND BLEND THEN ADD YOUR SAUCE TO THE PAN AND LET SIMMER TASTE FOR SALT AND SERVE I HAD A SIDE OF BLACK BEANS AND RICE !!
