CHOPPED ITALIAN PARSLEY (HAND FULL)
START OFF WITH MELTING BUTTER AND CREAM TOGETHER ON A LOW HEAT WHEN TOGETHER TURN OFF THEN ADD SOME PEPPER STIRRING USING YOUR WISK AND MIX YOUR CHEESE IN AND LET THICKEN UP A BIT AND TURN OFF
YOU CAN SERVE THIS WITH CHICKEN AND SHRIMP ENJOY !

THIS IS A GREAT EASY DELISH DESSERT !!!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
1 CAN LECHERA OR CONDENSED MILK
1 CAN OR EVAPORATED MILK
VANILLA
6 EGGS
SUGAR FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE
REGULAR MILK
BELOW I ADDED A PIC OF LA LECHERA YOU CAN BUY THIS AT ANY GROCERY STORE IN THE HISPANIC ISLE
PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350
TO START YOU NEED TO TAKE A PAN HEAT IT UP AND ADD YOUR SUGAR ABOUT 2 TBLSPN OR TO YOUR LIKING NOW LET YOUR SUGAR GET NICE AND GOLDEN NOT BURNT IT WILL NOT TASTE GOOD AT ALL ONCE THAT IS DONE GO AHEAD AND GET A BAKING DISH POUR YOU CARAMEL SAUCE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN THIS IS KIND OF OUR BASE ..
NOW IN THE BLENDER YOU WILL PUT YOUR EGGS AND YOUR CANNED MILKS AND ONE CUP OF REGULAR MILK AND ABOUT A TSP OF VANILLA BLEND BLEND BLEND THEN ADD TO YOUR PAN OVER THE CARAMEL SAUCE WE ARE GOING TO BAKE THIS IN A WATER BATH AT 350 FOR ONE HOUR AND 30 MINS LET IT COOL AND SET IN THE FRIDGE OVER NIGHT THEN RUN YOUR KNIFE AROUND THE EDGES AND TOP WIT A PLATE AND FLIP IT OVER YOU CAN TOP AND SERVE WITH REDI WHIP !! ENJOY :)

WHEN THE BEANS ARE NICE AND SOFT YOU WANT TO TAKE OFF THE AND WE ARE GOING TO HEAT SOME OIL IN A PAN AND TOSS SOME DICED ONION IN ONCE THE ONION IS NICE AND TRANSLUCENT WE ARE GOING TO ADD JUST THE BEANS NOT THE WATER YET WHEN YOU HAVE ADDED ALL THE BEANS LET THEM SIT FOR ABOUT 3 TO 4 MINUTES THEN YOU CAN ADD A LITTLE WATER FROM THE PAN TO COVER THE BEANS ONLY TOP AND LET SIT ON A LOW HEAT TILL THE WATER THICKENS BACK UP AND SERVE :) HOPE YOU ENJOY !!

CILANTRO ONE BUNCH
ONION
SOUR CREAM
TO START YOU NEED TO COOK YOUR CHICKEN SO I BOIL MINE WITH HALF A ONION SALT CILANTRO AND GARLIC ALL FOR TASTE ! WHEN DONE COOL AND SHREDD :)
TAKE YOUR TORTILLAS AND I WRAP THEM IN PAPER TOWEL AND HEAT FOR A COUPLE MINUTES IN THE MICROWAVE
GET YOUR OIL GOING WHILE THEY ARE GETTING WARM
TAKE YOUR CHICKEN YOU CAN ALSO DICE ONION AND ADD TO THE MIX START FILLING AND ROLLING YOUR TAQUITOS I DO THE WHOLE BUNCH THEN COOK THEM IF YOU CANT GET THEM TO STAY YOU CAN USE A TOOTH PIC
SET IN THE OIL AND MAKE SURE ALL SIDES GET GOLDEN DO NOT BURN TAKE THEM OUT AND SET ON A PAPERTOWEL TO ABSORB THE EXTRA OIL
NOW TIME TO SERVE !
ON THE PLATE LAY THEM OUT TOP WITH SHREDDED LETTUCE ONION AND CILANTRO AND A SPOON OF SOUR CREAM !! WE LOVE OURS WITH SALSA VERDE !!

GET A PITCHER FILL HALF WAY WITH COLD WATER
TAKE THE MIXTURE AND STRAIN IT INTO THE CONTAINER MIX TASTE ADD SUGAR IF NEEDED AND ENJOY !!
