FLAN (como lo hago yo)

THIS IS A GREAT EASY DELISH DESSERT !!!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

1 CAN LECHERA OR CONDENSED MILK
1 CAN OR EVAPORATED MILK
VANILLA
6 EGGS
SUGAR FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE
REGULAR MILK
BELOW I ADDED A PIC OF LA LECHERA YOU CAN BUY THIS AT ANY GROCERY STORE IN THE HISPANIC ISLE
PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350
TO START YOU NEED TO TAKE A PAN HEAT IT UP AND ADD YOUR SUGAR ABOUT 2 TBLSPN OR TO YOUR LIKING NOW LET YOUR SUGAR GET NICE AND GOLDEN NOT BURNT IT WILL NOT TASTE GOOD AT ALL ONCE THAT IS DONE GO AHEAD AND GET A BAKING DISH POUR YOU CARAMEL SAUCE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN THIS IS KIND OF OUR BASE ..
NOW IN THE BLENDER YOU WILL PUT YOUR EGGS AND YOUR CANNED MILKS AND ONE CUP OF REGULAR MILK AND ABOUT A TSP OF VANILLA BLEND BLEND BLEND THEN ADD TO YOUR PAN OVER THE CARAMEL SAUCE WE ARE GOING TO BAKE THIS IN  A WATER BATH AT 350 FOR ONE HOUR AND 30 MINS LET IT COOL AND SET IN THE FRIDGE OVER NIGHT THEN RUN YOUR KNIFE AROUND THE EDGES AND TOP WIT A PLATE AND FLIP IT OVER YOU CAN TOP AND SERVE WITH REDI WHIP !!
