TAQUITOS



CHICKEN TAQUITOS !!!

MY KIDS AND MY HUSBAND LOOOOVE THESE HOPE YOU DO TO !!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

CORN TORTILLAS
CHICKEN BREAST
GARLIC 2 CLOVES
CILANTRO ONE BUNCH
ONION
SOUR CREAM

TO START YOU NEED TO COOK YOUR CHICKEN SO I BOIL MINE WITH HALF A ONION SALT CILANTRO AND GARLIC ALL FOR TASTE ! WHEN DONE COOL AND SHREDD :)
TAKE YOUR TORTILLAS AND I WRAP THEM IN PAPER TOWEL AND HEAT FOR A COUPLE MINUTES IN THE MICROWAVE
GET YOUR OIL GOING WHILE THEY ARE GETTING WARM
TAKE YOUR CHICKEN YOU CAN ALSO DICE ONION AND ADD TO THE MIX START FILLING AND ROLLING YOUR TAQUITOS I DO THE WHOLE BUNCH THEN COOK THEM IF YOU CANT GET THEM TO STAY YOU CAN USE A TOOTH PIC

SET IN THE OIL AND MAKE SURE ALL SIDES GET GOLDEN DO NOT BURN TAKE THEM OUT AND SET ON A PAPERTOWEL TO ABSORB THE EXTRA OIL

NOW TIME TO SERVE !
ON THE PLATE LAY THEM OUT TOP WITH SHREDDED LETTUCE ONION AND CILANTRO AND A SPOON OF SOUR CREAM !! WE LOVE OURS WITH SALSA VERDE !!

SALSA VERDE :

3 TO 4 JALAPENOS
1 TO 2 GREEN TOMATOES
1 GARLIC CLOVE
TOAST THE GARLIC JALAPENOS AND TOMATOES ON A SKILLET OR COMAL WHEN TOASTED ON BOTH SIDES TOSS THEM IN THE BLENDER WITH A TAD WATER AND SALT BLEND AND ENJOY FOR EXTRA FLAVOR YOU CAN THROW SOME CILANTRO IN ALSO !
