ALFREDO SAUCE


THIS IS A GREAT SAUCE AND A GREAT WAY TO IMPRESS YOUR GUESTS :)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

HALF A STICK OF BUTTER
1 CUP OF HEAVY CREAM
3 QUARTERS CUP OF PARMESAN REGGIANO
PEPPER
CHOPPED ITALIAN PARSLEY (HAND FULL)

START OFF WITH MELTING BUTTER AND CREAM TOGETHER ON A LOW HEAT WHEN TOGETHER TURN OFF THEN ADD SOME PEPPER STIRRING USING YOUR WISK AND MIX YOUR CHEESE IN AND LET THICKEN UP A BIT AND TURN OFF

YOU CAN SERVE THIS WITH CHICKEN AND SHRIMP ENJOY !
