START OFF WITH MELTING BUTTER AND CREAM TOGETHER ON A LOW HEAT WHEN TOGETHER TURN OFF THEN ADD SOME PEPPER STIRRING USING YOUR WISK AND MIX YOUR CHEESE IN AND LET THICKEN UP A BIT AND TURN OFF
