ENSALADA DE NOPAL



WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

CACTUS ABOUT 6-8 DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH YOU WANT TO MAKE
RADDISH
ONION
CILANTRO
TOMATOE ABOUT 3 OR 4 ALL DEPENDS ON THE AMMOUNT YOU WANT
ONE CAN OF LA MORENA THESE HAVE THE BEST FLAVOR ;)
BAKING SODA
SALT AND PEPPER


FIRST YOU WANT TO CLEAN THE CACTUS OR YOU CAN BY IT CLEANED AND DICED ALREADY THEN CUT INTO STRIPS GET A POT FILL WITH WATER ADD A TABLE SPOON OR TWO OF BAKING SODA THIS HELPS KEEP THE COLOR AND TAKE OUT THE SOURNESS
NOW ADD SALT TO THE WATER AND BOIL TILL THEY ARE NICE AND SOFT EHHH ABOUT 1 HOUR IN THE TIME ITS BOILING YOU CAN START DICING UP ALL THE VEGGIES THE ONION THE RADDISH CILANTRO AND TOMATOE

WHEN THE CACTUS IS DONE STRAIN AND RINSE RINSE RINSE  AND ADD TO A BIG BOWL AND ADD ALL THE DICED TO THE BOWL NOW ADD YOUR SALT AND PEPPER OPEN YOUR CHILES AND ADD SOME OF THE JUICE TO THE BOWL AND LAY THE CHILES ON TOP
